A segurança do paciente no centro cirúrgico é um tema crucial para a qualidade de assistência, tendo em vista a complexidade de procedimentos e intervenções no período perioperatório, demandando maior excelência no acompanhamento e prestação de assistência ao cliente naquele momento. Objetivo: levantar a pauta da segurança do paciente no período pós-operatório e encontrar amparo na literatura sobre o processo de trabalho da equipe multidisciplinar para garantir um período intra-hospitalar seguro para o cliente. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, com artigos publicados em português do Brasil, tendo o recorte temporal de 2019 a 2023, na plataforma do google acadêmico, utilizando-se os descritores segurança do paciente, recuperação pós anestésica e sinergias com o booleano AND, artigos originais disponibilizados na íntegra e online. Resultados: foram selecionados cinco artigos para o referente estudo. Após a pesquisa dos estudos, se destacaram os eixos temáticos: Segurança do Paciente e Segurança no Período Pós-operatório. Perante o estudo realizado, visando a diminuição de eventos adversos durante a estadia no paciente no hospital, evidenciou-se a necessidade de uma equipe capacitada, com formação adequada e de qualidade para assistência do mesmo no perioperatório, em função da vulnerabilidade em procedimentos anestésicos-cirúrgicos. Conclusões: concluímos a existência da necessidade de uma equipe habilitada para lidar com a promoção de segurança do paciente, com uma comunicação clara e efetiva, onde o processo e planejar do trabalho deverão estar direcionados com foco no cliente, a fim de promover uma assistência segura, holística, vendo o indivíduo como um todo com suas particularidades, prevenindo eventos adversos e promovendo bem estar.

ABSTRACT:
Patient safety in the operating room is a crucial issue for the quality of care, given the complexity of procedures and interventions in the perioperative period, demanding greater excellence in monitoring and providing assistance to the client at that time. Objective: raise the agenda of patient safety in the postoperative period and find support in the literature on the work process of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe intra-hospital period for the client. Methodology: this is a systematic review of the literature, with articles published in Brazilian Portuguese, with a time frame from 2019 to 2023, on the academic google platform, using the descriptors patient safety, post anesthetic recovery and synergies with the Boolean AND, original articles available in full and online. Results: five articles were selected for the related study. After researching the studies, the thematic axes were highlighted: Patient Safety and Safety in the Postoperative Period. In view of the study carried out, aiming at the reduction of adverse events during the patient' s stay in the hospital, the need for a qualified team, with adequate training and quality for perioperative care, was evidenced, due to the vulnerability in anesthetic procedures- surgical. Conclusions: we conclude that there is a need for a team qualified to deal with the promotion of patient safety, with clear and effective communication, where the process and work planning should be directed with a focus on the client, in order to promote safe care , holistic, seeing the individual as a whole with their particularities, preventing adverse events and promoting well-being.
