CAPÍTULO 37 - EXPERIÊNCIAS NACIONAIS E INTERNACIONAIS DE CUIDADOS COM CONDIÇÕES PÓS-COVID NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA - UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA

Objetivo: O presente artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão narrativa das propostas de cuidado das condições pós-covid no Brasil e a atuação da Atenção Primária (APS) frente à nova situação de saúde relatada por diversas pessoas que tiveram COVID-19. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura, a qual se baseou na questão norteadora " Quais são os cuidados necessários com as condições pós-covid na atenção primária em saúde?" . Em seguida foi pesquisado nas bases de dados BVS, Scielo e Google Acadêmico os principais artigos relacionados ao tema. Resultados: Foram encontrados 30 artigos na BVS, 15 artigos na Scielo e 21 no Google Acadêmico, dos quais foram incluídos apenas os que abordavam as condições pós-COVID na Atenção Primária, totalizando 22 artigos aptos para a revisão. Discussão: Existe uma ampla gama de sinônimos para denominar os sintomas residuais da COVID-19, sendo os mais utilizados “Condições Pós-COVID e COVID longa”, os quais podem ser divididos em diversos subtemas, como, atuação da Atenção Primária, reabilitação, fluxogramas e protocolos de atendimento, desafios clínicos e entre outros que serão discutidos ao longo do artigo. Considerações Finais: É crucial que haja investimento e incentivo em pesquisas relacionadas às condições pós-COVID, dada a potencial demanda por cuidados de longo prazo que podem impactar o sistema de saúde futuramente.

ABSTRACT:
Objective: This article aims to carry out a narrative review of proposals for the care of post-COVID conditions in Brazil and the role of Primary Health Care (PHC) in the face of the new health situation reported by several people who have had COVID-19. Methodology: This is a narrative literature review, based on the guiding question " What care is needed for post-COVID conditions in primary health care?" . The main articles related to the topic were then searched in the VHL, Scielo and Google Scholar databases. Results: 30 articles were found in the BVS, 15 in Scielo and 21 in Google Scholar, of which only those that dealt with post-COVID conditions in Primary Care were included, totaling 22 articles suitable for the review. Discussion: There is a wide range of synonyms to name the residual symptoms of COVID-19, the most commonly used being " Post-COVID conditions and long COVID" , which can be divided into several sub-themes, such as Primary Care performance, rehabilitation, flowcharts and care protocols, clinical challenges and others that will be discussed throughout the article. Final considerations: It is crucial to invest in and encourage research related to post-COVID conditions, given the potential demand for long-term care that could impact the health system in the future.
