Objetivo: relatar a experiência no processo de organização e realização de um evento online de um projeto de extensão universitária. Metodologia: relato vivenciado pela comissão organizadora, acerca da organização e realização do evento intitulado Saúde e Autocuidado do Homem, em novembro de 2022, no Projeto de Extensão Entardecer Científico da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde, do curso de Bacharelado em Enfermagem da Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso. Resultados e Discussão: Realizado pela plataforma online Even3, com pré-inscrições realizadas na mesma, direcionada a estudantes e população em geral, o evento foi transmitido pelo Youtube, no canal do Projeto Entardecer Científico. Os participantes receberam o acesso ao evento via e-mail, e pela plataforma do Even3 eram direcionados à transmissão via YouTube. Houve 104 inscritos no evento. Cerca de 97% dos participantes, avaliaram o evento de forma ótimo ou bom; houve comentários positivos a respeito da organização, recepção e temática. Cerca de 3% dos participantes relataram dificuldades em relação à plataforma utilizada, desde a inscrição, acesso ao evento e avaliação dele. Dos participantes, 90%, eram acadêmicos da instituição de ensino superior que realizou o evento; 70% já haviam participado de eventos realizados anteriormente pelo projeto, 23% eram do sexo masculino. Quando se pensa na formação da área da Saúde, exclusivamente quando se observa as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Curso de graduação em Enfermagem, busca a formação integral e adequada do estudante por meio de uma articulação entre o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão/assistência. As ações de extensão voltadas para os cursos de graduação na área da saúde proporcionam novas experiências de qualificação da atenção à saúde, diante das ações desenvolvidas em projetos de extensão. Considerações finais: A participação como membro da comissão organizadora permitiu adquirir habilidades de liderança, responsabilidade, proatividade, compartilhamento de aprendizado e conhecimento sobre a temática saúde do homem.

ABSTRACT:
Objective: to report the experience in the process of organizing and conducting an online event of a university extension project. Methodology: report experienced by the organizing committee, about the organization and realization of the event entitled Health and Self-Care of Man, in November 2022, in the Extension Project Entardecer Científico of the Faculty of Health Sciences, of the Bachelor' s Degree in Nursing at the State University from Mato Grosso. Results and Discussion: Conducted by the Even3 online platform, with pre-registration carried out on it, aimed at students and the general population, the event was broadcast on Youtube, on the Entardecer Científico Project channel. Participants received access to the event via email, and through the Even3 platform they were directed to broadcast via YouTube. There were 104 registered for the event. About 97% of the participants evaluated the event as excellent or good; there were positive comments regarding the organization, reception and theme. About 3% of participants reported difficulties in relation to the platform used, from registration, access to the event and its evaluation. Of the participants, 90% were academics from the higher education institution that held the event; 70% had already participated in events held previously by the project, 23% were male. When thinking about training in the area of Health, exclusively when observing the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Undergraduate Course in Nursing, it seeks the integral and adequate training of the student through an articulation between teaching, research and extension/assistance. Extension actions aimed at undergraduate courses in the health area provide new experiences of qualification in health care, in view of the actions developed in extension projects. Final considerations: Participation as a member of the organizing committee allowed acquiring leadership skills, responsibility, proactivity, sharing learning and knowledge about men' s health.
